Acceptance of Terms

By using Sweepio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian review these Terms and agree to them before you use the App. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the App.

Description of Service

Sweepio is a phone cleaner application that provides the following features:

• Scanning device storage for junk files, cache, and temporary files
• Detecting and removing duplicate and similar files
• Managing installed applications
• Cleaning app cache and uninstall residuals
• Identifying large files for review
• Auto-cleaning app cache via accessibility service
• Managing files in the recycle bin

The App operates entirely on your device. All scanning and cleaning operations are performed locally without sending any file or personal user data to our external servers.

Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be shown within the App during normal use.
• AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including Android Advertising ID / GAID) and device information to serve personalized ads, measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud. These identifiers are shared with authorized ad partners for legitimate advertising purposes, transmitted via secure channels. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID through your Android system settings at any time.
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Any interactions with advertised products or services are between you and the advertiser.
• Some features may offer the option to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock additional functionality.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing files before deletion. Sweepio identifies potentially cleanable files, but the final decision to delete rests with you.
• Maintaining backups of important data. Deleted files may not be recoverable.
• Granting appropriate permissions required for the App to function correctly.
• Using the accessibility service feature responsibly and only for its intended purpose of auto-cleaning app cache.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• All junk files will be accurately identified.
• No important files will be mistakenly identified as cleanable.
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any deletion of files performed through the App, whether intentional or accidental.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App.

Data Deletion Warning

Sweepio provides a recycle bin feature that temporarily stores deleted files before permanent removal. However:

• Files in the recycle bin are automatically and permanently deleted after the configured retention period.
• Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered by the App.
• Some files deleted by system-level cleaning operations may bypass the recycle bin.
• We strongly recommend reviewing all items before deletion and maintaining backups of important data.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sweepio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
